Just booked to go out for Xmas week! Yippee, anyone else going?

Booked up the Rila & going out on xmas eve, hope there will be enough of the white stuff thet time of the year.

Amanda, What was it like last year? Obviously it was good as you are going back!

Risky Risky. I got away with it last year it snowed on the 20th as we arrived and rained on the 26th as we left. I don't think I'll risk it this year and have decided that we will go for a late deal if after reading the snow reports there is a good covering.

WE WENT LAST YEAR ON THE 27 DEC AND IT SNOWED ON THE 28 FOR THE WHOLE DAY AND WE HAD A BRILLIANT WEEK WITH LOADS OF THE WHITE STUFF......................SO THAT IS WHY WE ARE GOING AGAIN THIS YEAR AND CAN'T WAIT

I hope it snows again for you all. If it does I'll be over. The little trees kept getting me last year though. We had about 30 cm on the top of the mountain for a week which wasn't much compared to February but still enough to make a fool of yourself on.

it was our first time skiing.so did not know what to expect.could have done with some more snow but we got along fine on nursery slopes.so i hope next xmas will be better ,snow wise.but xmas day was great, weather lovely out on the slopes with about twenty or so father xmas skiing around.gala dinner in hotel was worth it just for all the free plonk,so did not miss turkey dinner.
