Hi all,
I'm about to book a week in Borovets for the 19th of Feb with Balkan but I've noticed when I try to add Ski passes and ski hire I can only choose the adult price rather than kids. This looks quite expensive and I was wondering if people thought it makes more sense to book ski's and passes independently? Is it cheaper? I don't plan on lessons but it also seems cheaper on some sites to buy lessons, passes and ski hire?
Hi steve, I have bought a pack from ski holiday extras online. This is what worked out the cheapest for us. It included ski rental, ski pass and 4 hours of lessons a day for 171 euro (around £14. If you buy the ski pass in the resort, you pay 146 euros.
Hope this helps
It really depends what you are looking for - simly the very cheapest option or quality of hire, small tuition groups, ability to eat where you want etc. Each school has it's pro's and con's and it's simply down to your priorities...
Hi Spartacus - glad you all got back safely and once again, thanks for all your support! I have tried to tell people the above, but they are still buying the cheaper packs and then getting cross when they have to pay extra...hopefully everyone will now read all the warnings you have put.....maybe it's time to use that whistle...!!!!
