Boro info

Will be taking my 10 year old ad 6 year old to Boro. No problem with 10 year old - he can go to ski school, meet friends and have a great time without me in tow!!

As unable to book my 6 year old into ski school, I have a few questions:

1. Could I book private lesson(s) in resort for her and if so are BoroSports the people to see?

2. Will a 6 year old (able to do snow plough turns) be OK coming down the Musala Pathway?

3. Somebody mentioned that if they are with an adult under 7s ...

Thanks,

re: Boro info

My youngest was in ski school at age 6(Samokov- Boro), but had been a couple of years to France so could do basics.
The insurance may need checking out though, as most tour oporators say they start ski school at 7. However, they are not going to turn away a 6 year old who can ski the basics over a 12 year old who can not ski at all!
He loved it and we have been returning since! Very Happy

re: Boro info

hi there, you can check this link

http://www.borovets-bg.com/main/winter_adventures.php?cell=11
where you can find some information on the pass prices and admission for kids. there is an offer called borokids which might be suitable for your kids - you can also book private lessons. I have used this website a couple of times when searching for hotels in Borovets and I find it very helpful.

Thanks very much for your replies.

Borokids definitely worth a look. She can have a few lessons while I get stuck into some hot chocolate & brandy. Perfect!!
