Mid to end Dec isn't it?

Wasn't it Dec22nd last year....not sure...may have been told when Booze so not too accurate

official start date is when first foriegn tourist arrive,
this year the first tourist arrive on the 23nd dec,so
should start on the 24th dec.I arrive on 22 dec.
