Boro weather up date

Just spoken to friend in Boro. Moaning about the cold - the Borosport instructors suits are useless. Said he was so cold that he couldn't move his jaw to speak - but managed coffee and brandy!!

Conditions are perfect on the top and wind was dropping.
Lower slopes still good but some ice patches where the wind has blown new snow away. One of the snow cannons wasn't working properly last night at top of slope outside Rila but it's now fixed so icy patches should be covered tomorrow. ...

Strange - I've just got back and the gondola was only open to the mid station and Yastrebets closed all day. The only place open was the Rila side. re: Boro weather up date

I'd go up tomorrow because if the clouds covering the mountain all day dropped anything, it'll be perfect. Is there a way of finding out in the morning whether the gondola is open before I drag myself up there?

re: Boro weather up date

I'll be there at opening time, and it is only then that they tell us what the conditions are like up top and whether the gondola will be operating all the way etc.
I can txt u if you like.???
