Borosport Ski Depots - Borovets

Hi can anyone help. I understand that all the ski depots (may the exception of the Samovov) are owned/run by Boro Sports. ie. gondola, Rila 1, Rila 2 etc. When you get your ski equipment pass (ie from Inghams) can you use any depot or do you have to use a certain one. Last year we were told to use Rila 1 and the queues were massive, and Rila 2 the queue was much smaller!! (half term week). Many thanks. Yvette

You have to use the one your booked in to but if you organise a bit you can beat the queues or keep your gear in your room all week and take it back on the last day

Very Happy maybe bump into you we are there 2nd till 10th at Flora... pimp x

re: Borosport Ski Depots - Borovets

This will be my first skiing holiday. I'm staying at the Rila. I hate queues, I was hoping to keep hold of my ski gear for the week, is that normal? would it cause a problem, or an additional charge? We are travelling with crystal, anybody had the pleasure of using this company? Any advice appreciated, cheers, Dave.

At the Rila just take your gear to your room and hand it back at the end of the week

I stayed at the Rila and it's about a 10 min walk. Too far if you are carrying skis/boots. (in my opinion and I don't usually mind walking) You can get a taxi for about £3 each way tho. The queue at the depot was really bad on the first morning but really not so bad after that.
