Borovets: skihire and skischool

Hi all, thanks for all the very informative reports and commentary re Borovets. We are going down in week 10 for the first time. What's the recommendations wrt skihire (places and costs?) and ski schools for kids? The kids (aged 5/6) have been on ski school once in Italy and became quite good. thanks
