Borovets ;ski hire shop within Gondola Station

Came back from an excellent week skiing in Borovets last weekend.
Met some geuinely helpful local people who were a pleasure to be with,especially the first aid man who sits at the top of the chair lift.
Somewhat spoiled by the ski hire shop within the Gondola station demanding TIPS ,yes i did say demanding ,and with menaces (those being )''if you come again we find you the crapiest equipment we have ,no tip,then no good skis!''
(I had already paid the appropriate ski hire charges!!)

I have skied many places and have never had this nonsence .
The rep and the holiday company have been made aware!!
If you receive good service and feel that you would like to offer a token of your apprciation then tip,but please,please do not encourage lazy,ignorant,rude,bully boys to expect tips for nothing.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
