Borovets - Long stay accomodation

Planning a 3 to 4 week stay in Borovets. Anyone got any suggestions regarding decent B&B accomodation. Not necessarily looking for 4* rating just a decent bed, shower/bath and clean/hot running water.

Any help appreciated.

Maybe Samokov town is a better option for a long term stay.

Any suggestions within Samokov. I'm looking initially at 3 weeks to a month (this year). Maybe longer. Depends on how things pan out.
