Borovets - Ski leassons

Alright there,

Me and my girlfriend are looking at booking some skiing in borovets on the 11 march this year.

I am wondering what is best to do go with a ski school or get a private tutor?

I have skied before but she hasnt and i would rather we were together than got split up.

I think it will probably be more expensive to get a private tutor but that would be fine if thats what would be best!

I cant seem to find any details on private tutors.

I presume i would get them on ...

I presume i would get them on arrival but any advice / recommendations would really help.

I will book ski hire and lift pass with the travel agent i think.

Please help if you can it would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Mike

Pop into White Magic (opposite the Samokov) and ask Christo if he can help you out. He represented Bulgaria in the 1984 Lake Placid Olympics and is a great instructor

There are loads of locals willing to give excellent tution and I have paid about £15 for 3 hours before. Absolute bargain compared with the £80 I paid at snow dome for 2 hours.

We had a fantastic Guy called Jordan for some private tuition, he was very good, I'll See If I can find his business card and get his number, I think we paid 50 LEV for an hour, but with one to one tuition you learn much more than in a group, (where you will spend 90% of the time standing waiting for the others)
