I am turning to this forum as it seems to be the place to get helpful and accurate information....I hope you can help!

One of our party has special dietary needs - They CANNOT eat any Dairy (Milk, Butter, Cheese), Eggs or Nuts.

(This is due to a medical condition leading to an extreme allergic reaction/anaphylactic shock.

Please can you advise - Are there any restaurants that would cater for this person/requirement?

Perhaps someone has a similar condition or experience....or knows especially helpful restaurants (or ones to avoid)?

We are staying in the Hotel Rila....but wouldn't feel confident that the Buffet would be suitably labelled (or cross-contaminated)....no disrespect to the hotel or guests.

Any advice or suggestions would be good.

It might be useful to print out the following and have it handy to show in restaurants if you are out and about. Or alternatively if you have a smart phone you can copy and paste it into your notes to show where required?
