Borovets - hire a boat not skis

Well it's beatiful sunshine & 10 degrees at the Rila. There's literally a river running down the road with all the melting snow.

This is not good at all.

It's the worst irony of all.....for once an early dump of the white stuff which gets everyone excited and then the temps rise and turns it into the wet stuff....what an awful twist.

Still....the eternally optimistic among us (for that is what we are on this board!) will hope for a sudden drop in temps ASAP!!

Surprised

It's just frustrating that I'm getting emails from home telling me they're 'bloody freezing' and ankle deep in snow ... send some here!

Some parts of USA have had 2-3 metres of snow!

Oh & scratch the 10 degree remark - it hit 15 at lunch time!

The conditions must be bad as the webcam on this site has not been updated and they appear to have switched them off completly on IGLUSKI... Crying Typical was going to go to La Rosiere but got recommended whats looks like at best "a giant slush puppy" Arrive on the 26th lets hope it dumps it down or it could be a holiday nightmare for the family.
