Bulgaria Ski discussion board

Hi all,

My husband and I will fly out to Bulgaria on the 13th of March from London Gatwick. This will be my first time skiing (I am from Brazil and I already have a thousand questions but I will be nice and post only three of them, perhaps you can help me:

1. We will stay in Samokov, is it really 10 minutes (drive) away from the ski resort?
2. We stay only 2 1/2 days. The best deal I found online was 113 euros (including full ski equipment, lift pass,4 hours daily tuition) for 3 days. is it a good deal or can we save money if buy when we arrive?
3. Is it possible to hire a helmet?

Will be really nice if you can help me with those. Hope to meet some of you there!

Hi Tarci,
1.Yes it is around 10 minute drive from Samokov, if you are driving yourself look out for speed radar. Then again shouldn't speed anyway.
2.I think that is a good deal, but I always say you get what you pay for (sorry thats not much help).
3. Hopefully someone else will answer this for you, as before this year I've never worn helmet. But after growing a little bit wiser brought my own. My advise better safe than sorry, if you can't hire them buy them.
