Borovets 6th Feb - 12th Feb

Got back last night from a great holiday in Borovets

I was a beginner snowboarder, the lessons were good, instructor was very friendly.

Out of lessons I also thoroughly enjoyed myself - managed to get most of the day filled with boarding everyday, with trips on the chair lift and gondola.

Would recommend this resort to anyone - we stayed in the Bor which was a good 10min walk from the slopes but nevertheless a very nice hotel.

A group of 4 of us are going on Saturday 19/2 to Borovets
What's the snow conditions like, with the webcam being down its difficult to guage

The week before we were there, it snowed everday apparently. It didn't snow once during our stay, but there was enough snow from the previous week to still make the most of the hol.

They have various artificial snow pumps over the slopes so they use those if its getting a bit thin.

I think there is snow forecasted for tuesday and wednesday this week
