Borovets 9/1/10

Hi Guys, am coming to Borovets on the 9th Jan, can anyone tell me what the snow is like that time of year, taking my son boarding with me skiing and we have been looking forward to this for ages, we are intermediate if that helps! Also, we are going half board, roughly how much do you spend on an avarage beer/coke/lunch in resort, trying to work out how much money to bring! Any tips/advice welcome and appreciated! usuakky there is snow, but this year who knows, not much yet
