Yeah! THere loads of cafes. Practically millions of them.
Depends which slopes you go on. If you take the chair lift infront of the rila then the slopes end in the village and you have your pick of restaurants.
Or if you take the gondola and stay on the slopes up there then there are cafes on top (but they aren't very good and are a bit pricey.)
You can always take the gondola down to the bottom and eat in the village (20 mins ride) or you can ski down to the bottom of the gondola and ...
