Borovets Childrens Play Area

I'm sure I read somewhere that a New Childrens Ski/play area had been built. Has anyone seen it? Is it near the Rila Slopes.

It is near the Rila slopes but was roped off last Saturday. It has a roundabout and a mini magic carpet. Thats all I know/saw.
