Borovets Conditions / Runs - January 5th

Morning All,
There was about another 2cm up top over night and the cannons are still on...
Yastrebets runs are still skiing very well- Bobby is on them now and in general, they are still excellent - a few 'bumps' from the cannons, but that's about it!
Rila 2 (another red) has also opened up today for the first time all season - one of bobby's colleagues is on there and says it is a bit icy but it's skiing well and snow cover is good.
As per yesterday, the Suhar (top of gondola) ...

As per yesterday, the Suhar (top of gondola) and the beginners slope on the Sitnyakavo are still open, which has meant that in general queues are going down on the rila nursery runs.
All in all, much better than last week, so Bobby's naked snow dance on the balcony must have worked....!!

Where is the most accurate weather forcast website for borovets? im going out on the 15th Jan and all the ones i see say its getting hotter upto +8!!!Rich

Why would the forcast you have been reading not be accurate?Just because it tells you what you dont want to hear doesnt mean its not accurate.
Save your time !If it snows it snows.Nothing you can do about it now!

Please tell me that +8 is not true, I was just starting to feel better about everything. I am due out 22nd Jan.Gutted!
