Borovets Conditions.......

Hi All,

Well unfortunately not amazing news....!! The snow is melting very fast - in fact it looks like it is raining outside!!

The temps are getting hotter and snow won't be around / good for much longer...

Yastrebets is still skiing very well and is also quiet. The rila slopes were fine this morning but not so good now and starting to melt and go slushy...

Unfortunatley too warm for the cannons...

Sorry but it's the truth.....!!

All updates are welcome, good or bad!

Best to deal with any bad snow conditions this way, it saves on any upset when you see the slopes for the first time!

At least the people doing the christmas thing have had some good snow. Better than 2 years ago.

Thanks Kas for the update. We're out on the 29th, any idea how it's looking for then? will there still be some slopes open do you think?

Temperatures will not be 'good' enough for anything until next weekend...sorry to be bearer of bad news also.

I will put up another forecast in the next few days as I want to be able to bring some good news, but at the moment it is not looking good at all for the next 10 days or so

Don,t worry too much,whatever happens i'm sure you'll have a great time,I've been to Boro about 15 times over the last 8 years and always skied.Merry Xmas ,Rigs

Kas hope you have drink available just need a break snow and skiing are preferable but take anything
Unless we are snowed in and can't leave..................... might have to stay till 2nd visit
