Borovets Hire issue?

Hey Guys,

After reading some negative reviews about ski/snowboard hire i thought i would just ask if anybody knows what company Direct ski holidays use for snowboard hire in Borovets.

Were due out this sunday for snowboarding and were hoping for good equipment.

It was part of the package so would we be able to refund the package and look elsewhere? alternatively could we upgrade the package so we recieve better equipment?

you could away have the equipment serviced yourself at a ski rental shop ,but you will be out of pocket but will save all the hassle.i know you shouldnt have to but may save a lot of stress in the long run
