Borovets In The Summer

what happens during the summer months in Boro? Does it basically shut down? Id imagine once the snow melts the village will look a right dump.

well its in the summer brochure of balkan, looks ok ppl go on walking holidays etc there.

No thye go to sunny beach to ply their trade. Boro in the summer is a lot better than you might think, lots of walkers and mountain bikers, and some of the restaurants are open as well, obviously the hotels are open. The weather can get quite warm upto 35c and the scenery is fantastic. (the winter slopes are a bit of an eye opener as well)
