we are coming out on new years eve, where is the best place to go, and how much roughly will we need to spend each night??

It was about 4levs Booze when i was there in Feb. If you time it right you can have an almost continuous happy hour all night. Buzz bar is where everybody usually ends up. See you there. Booze

If you want great food and a good laugh go to white majic the guy who owns it is Christo and he is a legend, its just oposite the samakov hotel.
