Borovets Restaurants

Hi,
Wondered if anyone could recommend a really nice, family orientated restaurant which is likely to be open on 25th December for an evening meal in Borovets.
We are self catering so I thought it may be best to book something up in advance. Wasn't sure if anything would be open?

The Blue was always quite nice as is Katy's but you will find lots of choice when you get there.

yeah the blue bar was really nice.went there most nights last year.staff very friendly and very nice/relaxing atmoshphere and right in the town x

Can't remember the name of the place, but it was about 30 yds up the hill from the road junction next to the Samokov, opposite the Gondola. It was just like walking into someones front room, with only about 6 tables in there. But the welcome was fantastic, the owner talked us through the entire menu and explaining how all the dishes were prepared. All that and the bill for our 3 cse meal (2 adults, 2 teenagers) came to about £40, inc drinks.

We'll certainly be going back.

hi,sarah. The salamander restaurent is a really nice family run place.relaxed atmospere and good food.Just walk up passed blue, franko's pizza's and black cat,just opposite on right.

Sarah, I'd agree with Nicki and Kevin, Blue is the place to be, great atmosphere, top food and brilliant service. Have a great time and Merry Christmas!

blues been sold, and curious, thats the 'Greene King' you are on about,and if Peter reads that b****y menu once more........

We've been to the green king as well, yes, he read it to us as well, but it was good and very friendly
