Borovets Ski Classes

Hi, this is our first time skiing and I was wondering if anybody can help with a query I've got. We are travelling as a family and the youngest is too young to ski and will be reluctant to go to kindergarden. We have paid for ski classes and wondered if this restricts when we can ski as we plan to take it in turns looking after our youngest which will mean dipping out on the odd lesson. Do the ski classes cover use of skis all day? Will we be able to ski on our own?
Thanks

re: Borovets Ski Classes

I do not know how in Borovets (since going there first time as well), but usually (e.g.in Pamporovo) ski clases take no more than 4 hours per day (10-12 and 13-15).

Hi,

It will be fine, my friends & are regulars to Borovets and often join the class & leave when we've had enough (or to much brandy at lunch) or join after lunch. The skis are allocated to you for the week and you can pick them up/drop them off at any time

I only have 43 days to go, I think my work colleagues are about to kill me, so it's good to share the excitement!

right not to use kinder school know friend who used it not recomended 1adult to10 kids few toys in small room .lessons usually start around 9.31-10 and end at about 3pm.sometimes hard to meet up with other as you could be at top of mountain.kids ski school 7yrs-11yrs run along side adults you give them dinner money and they have lunch with their instrutors .our son was youngest their 2yrs ago but loved it .had a day off lessons mid week to spend time with him.

re: Borovets Ski Classes

Hi wonder if can help. We have 2 boys, 7 and 8. The 8yr old is booked into ski lessons, but the youngest into kindergarden, which I don't think he will want to go. Can the 7 yr old ski with the 8yr old, as most of the websites I read, that they have to be 8 to join the ski school. any advice much appreciated.
