Borovets Snow Parks

Hi guys,

Was just looking on the internet at the fun parks at borovets, i was just wondering if anyone knew any details, like what they have and the different levels of diffuculty the runs are?

There is one snow park, I ski so would not have a clue what level it is, looks impressive with grinding bars, ramps, lips and bowls.

Youtube have a 3d computer simulater type thing. Search borovets snowpark lol.

Hi Reuben,
I have just looked at the Yastrebets web cam and it looks as if they are concentrating the cannons on the area where the snow park was last year. I know that at the moment the snow park is on the Rila slope because there was not enough snow at Yastrebets. Maybe they are trying to rectify that now!!! It was great there last year, I even had a small jump myself!!
Hopefully someone in the know can enlighten us further.

From what I have seen this season, there may actually be two "parks".
The one up Yasrebets 3 is the main one and where a lot of the Youtube vids are from. Based on some reports, this is currently closed??

I have seen some footage from this year though that shows some boxes and kickers what looks to be on the Iglika bit of the Rila runs. Not sure if it's open to the public though..

Snow park still isn't open. There is a 'little' park outside the rila running alongside a red run. It beat battered and bruised me yesterday. Got a angled pvc pipe and rail, followed by flat jib box and flat rail, 13 and 16 ft jump, spine large pvc pipe thingy.
