Borovets Webcam

Hi i am off to Borovets on the 22ND for my first ever skiing holiday, so keeping a close eye on the forums, weather forecast and the webcams. can anyone confirm that on the webcam now, is it Raining or Snowing as what ever it is it seems very hard?
