Merry Christmas all. Been up early and conditions worst I've ever seen in Boro. Yasterbets closed bar Yastrebets 1. Cannons haven't been on because too warm (12C expected today).Top of Rila ok. Half way down though no option except ski though brown patches on a red or a green. The green is literally the floor with no snow. Skis have taken a beaten.
Already given up for the day. So will have to spend the day drinking in Bobbys Bar!

I went up early, on the first gondola, and Markudjik 1 was really good, but even then it was warm with a bright blue sky and sun blazing. Skied down onto Yastrebets 2 and 3 and both very good and practically nobody about. Went home about 11.00 to get the dinner on and now, outside on the balcony it is 16 degrees, so not surprised that the conditions have deteriorated. But the locals are saying that the warm weather will only last a few days and then it will be cold again with some snow ...
