Just wanted to say I had an absolute blast in Borovets last week, one of the best weeks of my life no doubt. Never set foot on a mountain before so nothing to compare it to but we managed to do plenty of boarding in some ok conditions (albeit a bit too icey in patches!). Bit of a pain that not all the runs were open but still plenty to keep us happy, the black run down to the mid station was my personal highlight and some great fun off-pisting.

Après ski was hilarious, in fact the whole of Borovets is just a ridiculous place that made us laugh from start to finish.

Flashy, top quality, professional it isn’t. Fun, relatively cheap and ultimately a right laugh it is. Go with the right people and the right mind-set and you can’t go wrong.

For all the moaners out there - Cheer up, it could be worse!
