Not sure which ski school they use, please can anyone tell me what the normal lesson times are? (Last 2 years in Kopaonik, Serbia lessons started at 9am and ran through until 1pm, which was perfect to meet up for lunch and then still have some of the afternoon left to ski together. Our instructor always managed to have at least 1 pub stop within the 4 hours, had a great time)
Thanks borogirl - we're intermediate standard - it will be my son Ben's 4th consecutive year skiing - he'll soon be better than us! Not sure about being in the same group, think it's better for him to be in a group with other kids really, assuming that there's enough intermediate kids at half term to make up a group that is... (last year in Kopaonik there wasn't and it was 60% adults/older teenagers, 40% kids around Ben's age + a bit older, which wasn't ideal).
Helen it does depend who else is out there at the same time but they do try and put kids together. Ski school is very flexible though.
You may also be taken to different parts of the mountain. We take walkie talkies to find one another and then decide whether to meet up for lunch or later.
