Borovets pistes

Hi all, sorry to be another snow worrier, but from what people have said in their recent reviews the snow situation in Borovets is getting pretty bad. With no snow forecast for the next week ahead, are we going to be able to ski and will our girls who will be in the kindergarten with Inghams get to do any skiing on the nursery slopes by the Rila.

I wish now I hadn't started looking at the weather and the webcams as I'm an emotinal wreck! Even thought about cancelling but then I think ...

Hi,

I was inBorovets last week. Conditions were a bit icy at the start. We had snow on Tuesday which helped improve things. Up th Gondola the snow was great. I had a much better time this year than last year and there was less snow this year.

re: Borovets pistes

just got back from Boro and yes the snow is really bad.
If not slushy and slow its icy. There was even patches of dirt which turned to gravel mud totaly ruining your skis. To make matters worse there was an hour and a half line on the gondola in the morning.
