I now its like asking for the lottery numbers but could someone tell me when is the best time to go to borovets judgeing from past snow conditions (jan , feb , march)loved bansko last year but haveing a change this year ?

Hi,I usually go middle of Jan,but that's cause I can't wait,
but the last couple of years late Feb/early March seems to be best,Rigs

The last couple of years were pretty poor out here, although they weren't that great across Europe as a whole! Usually we tell people if they're not tied by school holidays to come out in March as over the last 10years, it has historically seen better snowfall. This year April got lots of snow, but the lifts were shut!!
In short, this season just gone saw 2 good weeks at the end of Jan, half-Term was also pretty good and there were 3 good weeks of fresh snow in March ...

p.s. If you are doing it independently, there are lots of good prices in the resort at the moment as pre-season bookings are down, so hotels are offering good deals to book early if you go direct....
