Borovets

Hi, Just got back on Saturday from Borovets. Absolutely brilliant! I am so fussy and had read previous comments on this website that worried me, I nearly cancelled the holiday because of it. So glad I didn't. I could not say a bad word about the place. Its beautiful (just like Austria) so don't believe people that say its not. The food was nice at the Rila too and lots of choice.
Our ski instructor Val was a great laugh.

Thanks Louise
I would be interested in hearing how your 5 year old got on in the Kindergarden
I have heard good and indifferent things. I was planning to put my 5 year old into the Rila one for the week but heard that they get a bit bored ? Any info would be appreciated. We are staying at the Samakov - Do they have a cot for my 2 year old ?

Myself and two daughters, aged 10 and 8 are returning to the Rila on 5th Feb. We were last in Borovets two years ago. Are the twins still kids ski instructors? (Elena and her sister) They were so dedicated! Can't wait to get back to big screen football in Buzz Bar and to White Magic.

re: Borovets

Elena taught both my kids 2 weeks ago & we often saw her with her sister. She was brilliant and had them confident by the end of the week.
