The best snow we've ever had!!! We had a fantastic holiday in Borovets. Ski school was fun although the instructor was questionable! We stayed at the Hotel Moura which we would'nt recommend, although the staff were really nice and the location was quite good. The food on the other hand was very strange! The ski hire was another interesting point. If you are wanting a decent pair of boots and skis then i suggest tipping the ski hire staff straight away (cigarettes will do the trick) ... when did you go???? Just that everyone else is saying how poor the conditions are now and looking at the webcam proves that. It was pretty dire when we left two weeks ago and there hasnt been any fresh dump since?

Same here! We came back 19th March and it was quite icey then with no fresh snow for the previous 4 weeks. Jre: Borovets
I was there 5th-12th and there was a fair bit of snow while i was there! though it started warming up on the day we left!re: Borovets

yeah, come on Alex, why didn't you tell anyone else where all this snow was, then we could've done some good skiing instead of ice skating down the pistes last weekre: Borovets
Hiya all!Only just got round to putting down my views on the holiday! We were there the first week in March, and it snowed practically every day! I guess we were very lucky!!!! just wanted to let everyone know what a great ski resort it is, especaially when it snows!
