Going skiing for the first time on 21st to Borovets, can anyone tell me a bit about it, where is good to drink?
and how good it is as a resort? xre: Borovets

we went to borovets last year and had a fantastic time. stayed in the olymp was very basic but did the job on a budget with a very very cheap bar. would recommend geting the package deal of lessons, equipment and lift pass as much cheaper than when you get there. excellent resort for first time skiing and hear they have new runs this year. so good we are going back this year but trying the rila hotel which seemed better and closer to the slopes. checked out accom when we were ...

I have booked all the lessons and stuff over here so I dont have to worry about that. Am staying at the Hotel Edelweiss, not sure what it will be like as it was pretty cheap! Sounds like it'll be fun, I cant wait.re: Borovets
Im in Borovets in mid Feb. Never even been near a set of ski's before so cant wait. Dont even know the name of the Hotel! When does the ski season finish?re: Borovets

Off to borvets on the 14th of jan
This is my 2nd year running at borovets, night lifes great fun, and the ski isn't bad either. don't think much of the food in the hotels
and if your like me and like your tea in the mornings i recommend bringing a travel kettle and some tea bags to keep you happy
Stayed in Hotel Rila last year, same again this year can't wait
