Hello fellow snow seekers!
I'm trying to plan a trip for myself and 11 friends for next year on a very tight budget. Generally it looks like i can get flights to Sofia (1hr from Boro-correct?) reasonably cheap but we need to rent a couple of chalets/bunglows/apartments/hotels that can sleep us all, we're happy to be split up all over the place but want to still be within 5minutes walking of each other.
I have found this:

which looks perfect but only sleeps 6- grrrr. So if anyone knows anywhere near this chalet that another 6 could stay for about £100 each for a week i'd greatly appreciate it. Alternatively anywhere else that you could recommend is also welcomed.

try the malina chalets or the yagoda village they pretty cheap and are close togetherre: Borovettes
Hi Sarah,We have a house just outside Borovets that can accomodate up to 14 people with all British/Western mod cons (Jacuzzi/modern kitchen) along with Bulgarian creature comforts (living room log fire etc.)

I've stayed at Iglika villas before, very basic but in resort centre so close to slopes etc (and reasonably priced). They sleep 4 or 5 (two bedrooms & one on the sofa i think) and if you book early enough i'm sure they'll have enough available. tap Borovets on ebay and you will see chalet Carmel.BOROVETS BULGARIA SKI CHALET - SAUNA,HOT TUB,sleeps 10.Not bad. found this ,ski chalet for 10 people ,looks lovely airport transfers included and own sauna , hot tub ,gym ,tavern all in for less each.Just buy your flights.good luck
