Bovorets Ski Runs

Little worried someone has told me hardl any of the skiruns in borovets are open. Can anyone please confirm if there are some open. First time skiing never been before and really looking forward to it. Also staying in the hotel lion if anyone has any reviews of it

All nursery slopes are open at bottom and top of gondola. You'll be fine as a newbie, you may not get to ski all the way down a the end of the week, but you'll get to half way gondola stage (which is great going for a week in ski school!!)
Only "problem" will be having to queue for the lifts, but i've heard in Borovets this year is nothing compared to some French/Ital resorts for queues!!

there were 8 open last week,you cant rely on the home page here, i think all the resorts are struggling this week, but bobo is the highest by far so has the most natural snow , bansko wins on snow cannons. dont worry about the 27 , there will be more snow before then, i am going then so see you at the lion!
