It seems to me that all the people that have been to pamp and borovets etc. must ski well or there is enough space for all as no one has reported that they came back sporting broken bones, sprains etc. except for the odd hangover, any feed back out there.
My girlfriend sprained her wrist and there we're a few other injuries, the plaster casts we're over the top because my girlfriend was in a cast for a sprain and bruising, i think the are very over precaucious.
Afraid to say that I tore my knee ligaments last Friday in pamps, had to be rescued of the moutain. All medical staff were fantastic with there help including getting an interpreter as by bulgarian is poor at best. Transported, x rayed and plastered in an hour and a half from the time the call was made.
Oh well more time at home but will be back at the end of the year.
Hope the plaster casts have improved to last year in Sunny Beach - Bourgas. The one Daz had on was very rough and itchy, no soft cotton wool underneath, just bare plaster straight onto the arm. It disintegrated before we came back. When we went to hospital in UK the sores on his arm were quite bad.
My big bruv got back from Val Dispair on New Years Day - coming down a red, a boarder coming down backwards clipped the tips of his skis - he's got a torn calf muscle... can happen anywhere.
