Just to let you guys know, loads of snow in Bansko, we had our first day today and a decent dump last night, I would say around 7" at the top.I'm now sat in euphoria watching the rain battering down, approx 3 hrs of heavy rain, so will be loads of the white stuff for tonorrow........happy days boys and girls

coming to bansko on saturday I heard the ski road was closed yesterday due to security reason according to the according to the Bansko winter resort facebook. https://www.facebook.com/funbansko?fref=ts
do you think it will reopen and that was the real reason or is it un-skiable? I see there was some fresh snow higher up but we love to do the ski road and would be a bit gutted if it was going to be closed. If anyone ...
