Booked accomodation & transport with this site,
Last correspondence was Nov 2005, they said they would contact nearer the time
We fly out next sunday (19th) and not heard anything yet,is this normal, or am I right in getting worried, would hate to arrive late sunday evening without contact details etc

Ive never had problems in the past but saying that i have tried to contact them regarding another matter 3 times without any answer which i find strange so maybe its time to try a bit harder so i will e mail them again.
Let me know how you get on and i will do the same and i take it you have only paid your deposit so far?..

Borovets, staying at the Rila, booked ski school as well
and yes only paid deposit

We've booked with them and although we have gone on holiday yet we've not had any problems so far. They've taken our flight numbers and mobile and we have the mobile of the rep I think.

Just email them and I'm sure they will reply

Melissa is right, Just email them or phone them. they usually write their phone numbers at the end of the emails.
