Bulgaria Air

Hi i need the opinion of you guys out in ski world. We went to Borovets this year had a brilliant time, we are looking to book again. One of the cheapest flights i can get is with Bulgaria air.I really hate flying with a passion,Is this airline any good please let me know your thoughts

jus an average airline now...it got rid of the banger travel planes last year

Travelled with Bulgaria Air in Feb. I dont like flying, and was very nervous, imagined the plane held together with masking tape. All was fine. Staff very polite, flight on time, the plane was probably from the 70's, no tv's etc, but no bits were hanging off... Food was a fresh baguette and free drink. All in all, excellent.. We did laugh, to find my daughters table was held on with tape, but that was all....

We travelled with them in January and it was awful. Some of us stayed on the flight in protest to see the captain. Most of the seats were broken so if you were a small child, on landing you were thrown forwards. A lot of the tables didnt work and we all found the staff very impolite.
I have to say I wouldnt travel with them again.

the planes are always gonna be safe enough but with cheap flights you always give up on a bit of luxury like a hmmmm fold down table...id quite happily sit on the floor of a cargo plane if it saved me a few shackles to get on the slopes...just my opinion

book the cheap flights fella then youll have a few extra pounds for brandy before you fly, youll sleep thru the flight and miss a dodgy meal

After 17 return trips with Balkan Holiday flights, I went with Bulgaria Air in Sept, no complaints at all, I am using B.A this May,because I got a much better deal by booking early. A lot of people get Balkan Holidays confused with Bulgaria Air. FB is code for Bulgaria Air. BGH for Balkan Holidays.

In Boro now and flew with Bulgarian Air. I'm not a good flier but found it OK. Planes are a bit old but am fairly confident one of them will get us back to Gatwick.
