Bulgaria is an ideal 'family' resort - which means usually adults and kids learning to ski. That means paying for 2 or 3 kids holidays (plus extras) on top of your own expenses. A Learn to ski package in France, at a 'high' resort (to get the "guaranteed" snow )comes in about £230 each.... yup, thats almost a GRAND extra on your base holiday price for a family of four! Then add in the extra cost of eating/drinking out in France... Once you have recovered from your mild heart attack, the reasons people choose Bulgaria are obvious!
