Bulgarian Levs

Just went to order some levs for next weekend, only to be rung by the bank later on that they are no longer available (for the time being anyway).

I know we can change our sterling in the hotel but thought it would be nice to take a little with us. Has anyone else had the same problem recently because apparently you could get them before christmas???

I really wouldnt worry...
We didnt take any Levs with us (cos we're that organised!)
As u can change any currency at your hotel for a reasonable rate... u can also transfer money from credit cards into levs..

We did find it strange tho.. when we read that you were not permitted to take any Bulgarian currency out of the Country ?!?!..

... perhaps thats why England dont have any!!!

Have a fantastic holiday !!! Im jealous!
