Bulgarian Property

Hope this doesn't cause offence to the sponsors, but am thinking of buying an apartment in Bulgaria and just wondering if anybody has bought one through Bulgarian Properties, and if so were they OK to deal with. If anyone has used another agency or has any advice to give, I would welcome any help you can give. thanks Mal

Sure! Bulgarian Properties are very professional at meeting and dealing with clients. They are all young people with a lot of energy and buying a property with them is so easy!
Besides, they have the best web site and it is updated every day with many new offers from the different regions.
Go ahead, you will not regret it Very Happy

Hi Mal..

Ditto to Neils remarks, be very aware and realistic about what you are actually buying, what is the likely rental potential if you intend to rent, what is the finish,
what will be included in the purchase price, what is the tax situation (vat !!), what are the management fees going to be, what is not included in those fees, at what point will you be liable for payments....

There is a lot to consider, i still maintain that until cheaper charter flights are available on a permanent basis it will be hard to compete with established hotels
offering HB, flights and transfers...
There again if you only want it for your exclusive use and you have the money and accept the ongoing charges it will be your decision, contact me if you want more info, please accept that it is only my opinion...

Cheers Booze

re: Bulgarian Property

Mal - how wrong can Neil be... just ask anyone who is a regular user and poster from this site of the reputation of Bulgarian Properties.

Having met Nic who is Mr Bulgariaski, I can honestly say what a top ten guy he is - and I've got absolutely nothing to do with this site, except being someone who enjoys a good ski and a bit of banter too.

re: Bulgarian Property

Judith,
How can you tell someone to trust the word of an 'anonymous' forum user?
All I was saying to Mal was to trust no one.
We can all listen to opinions and advice, acting on them is a different matter. Surely that is the right advice Question Question

Beware, a friend almost bought a property through BP but the surcharges and hidden costs could only be described as ridiculous...
