Buliding regulations forum or a happy go luck ski forum?

In the short time I have been back in the land without morta's I feel that the forum is getting a bit like ....er lets say property ladder or relocation, reocation, relocation. I love this forum and the effort that the people put in to it but what I am seeing is an increasing property theme." Oh I brought this off plan in a country I knew nothing about, I don't know the regulations or what the currancy is (Dan, Arron) what should I do with it blah, blah blah".
This is a forum for people ...

This is a forum for people who love to ski in BULGARIA, (does what it says on the tin) and love Bulgaria.
I had a fear, that fear was that places like Bansko would become like the Spanish costa's, full of empty apartments. (We have a place in Vera Playa, its a ghost town for 8 months of the year) and that's a fear that will come true.....I fear??????
What I am trying to say is the perhaps people should take a hard look at buying a property abroad. Not just look at it a as a monry spinner but to ask themself are they prepared to intergrate with the local people and become friendly face and a community inputer or just another unseen landlord sucking the place for every penny.
If we are not careful the apartments and rental buildings will out strip the skiing envroment and we could be left with Ruined Bulgariaski.com.

Whatever is posted has a Subject Title, if its not something of interest to you, don't open it and read it.
In alot of these posts theres also a good bit of info on the different areas and whats going on over there.

It won't be long before the board will be getting more exciting posts asking what date it will snow.
