Buses from Pamporovo back to Plovdiv

How reliable are they? Always get the bus from Plovdiv to Pamporovo without any grief/delays, but always normally get a car transfer just to be on the safe side when catching return flight.

Anyone caught the bus in order to get the return flight from Plovdiv (around midday flight - can't remember exactly what time) and if so, would they reccomend it. If they get a transfer, how much does it cost, and with whom?
