Buying Boots

Ive bought a set of skis from ebay at a snip and am wondering about boots? I just had my 1st ski holiday in January and am hooked!. Is it worth paying around £50 for a second hand pair or am i as well buying new and at least getting them fitted correctly? The hire boots i had were ok for comfort but a mate said when buying your own to get them "heat fiited?"???????? YTour advice would be welcomed as theres only a few hours left to bid on the pair ive seen. Question Cool

re: Buying Boots

Buy some new ones. No substitute for a pair of reet boots remember your on them all day and when u get better youll be giving them more hammer.ps heat fitting is provided by most good ski shops ,boots mould to shape of your feet with heat.

re: Buying Boots

buy new boots, go to a dedcated ski shop ( if in uk )
they will measure your feet, arch etc
Heat fitting is not a must, but if you have the money , go for it.
