Ive bought a set of skis from ebay at a snip and am wondering about boots? I just had my 1st ski holiday in January and am hooked!. Is it worth paying around £50 for a second hand pair or am i as well buying new and at least getting them fitted correctly? The hire boots i had were ok for comfort but a mate said when buying your own to get them "heat fiited?"???????? YTour advice would be welcomed as theres only a few hours left to bid on the pair ive seen.
Buy some new ones. No substitute for a pair of reet boots remember your on them all day and when u get better youll be giving them more hammer.ps heat fitting is provided by most good ski shops ,boots mould to shape of your feet with heat.
buy new boots, go to a dedcated ski shop ( if in uk )
they will measure your feet, arch etc
Heat fitting is not a must, but if you have the money , go for it.
