dont even consider anything not finished. there are real bargains to be had at the moment all fully furnished and in completed buildings. be very realistic with the income rentals will bring.find out for yourself rather than maybe believe an agent also remember heating is hitting the wallets hard of many owners profits so understand the expences involved and make sure you make a good investment. also buy within walking distance of slopes and current lifts.

why do you want to buy in borovets look at this equation if you go every year for 1 week for the next 20 years that would be £1000 a week x 20 = £20.000 you would of spent now if you buy an apartment for say £80.000 that is an extra £40.000 pounds spent doesnt add up .its different if you could buy an apartment for 12-20 thousand pounds then yes it would be viable good luck
