Once again.............. yes. Approx. 50% cheaper in Bulgaria for the same quality, however there are some good buys to be had in certain department stores in the UK.
All gear is available in Bulgaria, and the prices are very reasonable compared to high street prices, but if you see a bargain elsewhere, go for it.
Myself and a lot of my friends get our snowboard/ski gear from TK Maxx, as long as you dont mind last seasons colours a bargain can be had!
Just been to the cambridge branch and they had stacks of Cross, Nike, Bonfire, D2B,Quicksilver and a few more makes I can't remember.
You are looking at around £40 for bottoms and £50 for a decent jacket, They had in hats, gloves and even snowboard boots!(£10!!! )
We live in South Africa and I recommend anyone buying equipment should first look to the UK stores - our stuff is about twice the price I'm seeing quoted on these sites - trousers about SAR800.00 and jackets well in excess of SAR1000.00.
I got 2 adult all-in-one snow suits from Lidl, £35 each. Look the same quality as the ones we used in Lapland last year. They had kids ones for £13!!!!!!! But they had all gone , in an hour!
Got the kids' from TKMaxx, £20 for my son's, and £30 for my daughter's. Both all- in-ones.
Plus Asda have some kiddies all in ones for £18. (Only toddlers in ours) If you have a large Asda they may have adults ones and larger kids.
Last year they had large ones for £20
