Buying in Bulgaria

We are thinking about buying a 1/2 bedroom place in Bulgaria - to use (as we have a young family) and to rent out BUT we have never been there. Does anyone have any advice on where to buy/which resort is the best and all the pros and cons?Many thanks,

despite the name, I hope I'm not too dozy! Having been to Bulgaria many time, including the wonderful winter resort of Pamporovo (see all you other loons there Jan 24th) I can strongly reccommend you visit first to see how wonderful the place and people are.
We have just purchased an apartment this year in Varna (basically an interesting city on the Black Sea Coast-near tourist beaches but also with the interesting life tah Varna offers). You need to decide what you want, and more ...

Are you mad! why would you buy property in a country you have never been to before! And by the sounds of things dont plan to visit in the near future!Although good investment if all goes to plan and bulgaria gets in the europeon market!
