Hi AllAnyone recently bought property or thinking of buying in Bansko. I see there are many new appartments being built. Any thoughts on whether it is a good investment to buy there, which part of the resort etc to buy ?

Am thinking of buying here, if me and my mates get pur fingers out to sort something out.
Ive looked into a few places that are being built and there are a lot of places being constructed along the river upto the gondola station. However from what I have found out, the off-plan purchases are nearly always snapped up withing a few days.
Unless I`m looking in the wrong place, there seams to be a process where you put some money down and then your name goes on a waiting list.

We are in the process of buying off plan in Pamps using Bulgarian dreams as our agents, things are a bit slow moving but the bulgarian solicitor we used for contracts was great really quick and cheap. Bulgarian dreams have quite a few sites in most resorts.re: Buying property Bansko
Hi Jon, we bought an apartment in seaside resort two years ago for an acceptable price and spent our winter holidays two weeks ago at the Flora Apartment hotel in Borovets. In comparison the quality of both houses is the same. The prices are VERY different !!! We paid one third of the actuel prices in Borovets or Bansko. I donīt believe that the bulgarian workers earn so much and the corcrete is still cheap as well. If you can afford I encourage you but pay attention to the prices. Please ...
